Factor 55 FlatLink Rope Guard 00380
Rope guard for Factor 55 FlatLink series shackle mounts. Machined from Kaiser 6000 series billet aluminium and clear anodized against corrosion. It shields the section of rope entering the mount — where synthetic line chafes fastest and takes the most UV. Four drive rivets and instructions included.
Factor 55 FlatLink Rope Guard (00380)
Synthetic winch line does not wear evenly. The same short section goes first: the last few inches before the shackle mount, which rubs over the edge on every spool-in and then sits on the drum in full sun. This guard covers exactly that spot.

Installation
Set the rivets flush with a 1/4" punch and a hammer, then put the mount's rubber pads back on. A few minutes on the bench, not under the truck.
