Fitting and notes
Lift only on parts made for it: a tube bumper, a rock slider or a dedicated adapter. Never get under a car held up by the jack alone.

Can I lift the car by the factory sill?
No — factory sheet metal will fold. You need a reinforced sill or an adapter.
How do I look after it?
Keep the mechanism clean and lightly oiled. Sand in the pawls is the most common cause of failure.
