EFS shock absorber bush, 80 Duro polyurethane — 35 x 37/32 x 19 mm
EFS polyurethane shock absorber bush made from 80 Duro elastomer, measuring 35 x 37/32 x 19 mm. It fits into the shock eye as the damping element, keeping play out of the mount and resisting oil, dirt, UV and moisture. Designed for EFS 4x4 shock absorbers.
EFS shock absorber bush, 80 Duro polyurethane — 35 x 37/32 x 19 mm
Suspension that has done a few seasons off-road rarely fails dramatically. It simply gets louder: a knock over speed humps first, then noticeable play in the mount, and finally somebody in a workshop says the shock needs replacing. Before you buy a full set, look at the bushes.
This bush is made from 80 Duro polyurethane and fits into the shock absorber eye as the damping element. Compared with rubber it allows less play and damps vibration better, and it holds its shape under load for longer — which is exactly what determines how long the mount stays tight.

Inner bore 19 mm |
Key benefits
- 80 Duro polyurethane instead of rubber — less play and better vibration damping at the shock mount.
- Tight fit on the pin — less clearance means quieter operation and slower wear of the mount.
- Resistant to oil, dirt, UV and moisture — everything a bush meets under the vehicle.
- Resistant to permanent deformation and abrasion — polyurethane keeps its rebound properties longer than rubber.
- Made for EFS 4x4 shock absorbers, built for hard off-road use.

This is for owners running EFS suspension who are servicing or refitting shocks and want to take the play out of the mounts while they are at it. A 19 mm bore and 35 mm length are numbers you can check directly against the bush you removed.
Fitting and notes
The bush works inside the shock absorber eye. Measure your old bush before ordering — the 19 mm bore and 35 mm length are the figures that matter. Bushes are replaced in pairs per mount, so count the pieces for a full set. If you are unsure, send us your EFS shock absorber part number and we will check it in the workshop before dispatch.
Why buy this
- Polyurethane holds its dimensions longer than rubber, so you repeat the job less often.
- A cheap part that often cures noise reported as a shock absorber problem.
- A genuine EFS catalogue item, not a substitute chosen by eye.
Already stripping the shock mount? Replacing the bush then costs you only the price of the part — the labour is done anyway.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the dimensions?
35 x 37/32 x 19 mm — 35 mm length, 37/32 mm diameter and a 19 mm inner bore.
What material is it?
Polyurethane, an 80 Duro elastomer.
Why polyurethane rather than rubber?
The manufacturer cites less play, better vibration damping and longer shock service life, plus resistance to deformation, oils, abrasion, UV and moisture.
Which shock absorbers is it for?
The manufacturer specifies EFS 4x4 shock absorbers. This product card does not list individual shock numbers, so confirm the fit against your mount dimensions or send us the shock absorber part number.
How many pieces per mount?
Usually two — confirm the exact count when you remove the old bushes.
