A pre-assembled EFS Easy Fit Strut XTR MacPherson unit for the front right side: damper and coil spring supplied as one ready-to-bolt assembly. It lifts the front by 2 in (50 mm) and is rated for 0-60 kg of added load. Fits the Ford Ranger Next Gen (from 06.2022), Ford Everest Next Gen (from 06.2022) and Volkswagen Amarok (from 2023).

Once the front end carries a steel bar, a winch and a full set of plates, the factory strut stops keeping up: it goes soft and runs out of travel over bumps.
The Easy Fit Strut answers that in the simplest way possible: you get a complete MacPherson strut with the damper and coil spring already assembled. Fitting comes down to swapping the whole unit — no spring compressor work on the old strut.

Who it is for. EFS developed the XTR series for heavily loaded vehicles working in demanding terrain. XTR dampers are firmer than standard heavy-duty 4x4 units and are built around heavy loads and larger tyres, both off-road and on the highway. If your Ranger, Everest or Amarok permanently carries extra gear up front and you want 50 mm of lift at the same time, this is the variant to look at.
Installation notes
- This is a single-side item. To lift the whole front axle you also need the left-hand strut.
- On Wildtrak X models the usable added load may be lower than the figure quoted for this variant.
- Book a wheel alignment after the suspension work.
