A pre-assembled EFS Easy Fit Strut X-Treme MacPherson unit for the front right side: damper and coil spring supplied as one ready-to-bolt assembly. A heavily kitted front end on larger tyres is the fastest way to finish off factory suspension — especially on corrugations and long, fast gravel.
The Easy Fit Strut answers that in the simplest way possible: you get a complete MacPherson strut with the damper and coil spring already assembled. Fitting comes down to swapping the whole unit — no spring compressor work on the old strut.

Who it is for. EFS developed the X-Treme series for vehicles running the harshest Australian terrain. These are reinforced HD dampers built for very heavy loads and larger-diameter tyres, while staying civilised on sealed roads. If your Ranger, Everest or Amarok permanently carries extra gear up front and you want 50 mm of lift at the same time, this is the variant to look at.
Installation notes
- This is a single-side item. To lift the whole front axle you also need the left-hand strut.
- On Wildtrak X models the usable added load may be lower than the figure quoted for this variant.
- Book a wheel alignment after the suspension work.
