APEX quadAIR Four Tire Inflation System - screw-on chucks
The configurable APEX quadAIR system links all four tyres to a single air source, so you air up the whole set from one spot instead of walking around the vehicle four times. Tyres joined by one line equalise their pressure between themselves while inflating and deflating. The 3/8" nylon braided hose does not tangle and packs into small spaces, and the kit works with standard Schrader valves.
APEX quadAIR Four Tire Inflation System - screw-on chucks
Inflating four tyres with a single hose means doing the same thing four times: unroll, connect, wait, roll up, walk on. The longest job of the day once you are off the trail.
quadAIR does it differently: four tyres connected to one air source at once, while you stand in one place and watch the gauge.
HOSE 3/8" nylon braided | WHEELBASE Up to 150" (381 cm) | VALVES Standard Schrader |

A note on the chuck type
This listing describes the screw-on chuck configuration. That part number no longer appears in the current manufacturer catalogue: today the four tyre kit is listed as the air-ECO, with closed flow push-on chucks, a 90 PSI inflator with a precision gauge, four chucks, three Y-fittings and a 1/4 NPT adapter. Of the screw-on chuck itself the manufacturer states plainly that it will not work with multi-hose systems, which require a closed flow chuck. Before you order we will confirm with the supplier which version reaches us.
Who it is for
For anyone who airs up a full set after every trail and is tired of walking around the vehicle four times. Especially on big tyres, where each wheel costs several minutes, and in a group, where everyone waits for the last vehicle.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to change the valve stems in my wheels?
No. The system works with standard Schrader valves.
Will it fit my vehicle?
If your wheelbase is no longer than 150 inches, that is 381 cm, then yes. The hoses are cut to suit that exact wheelbase, so you carry no spare metres in the boot.
Does the kit include a compressor or a gauge?
There is no air source — the compressor is yours to provide. The gauge depends on which version of the kit ships, and we confirm that with the supplier before dispatch.
What if a hose chafes through?
Hoses and fittings can be serviced in the field, without taking the whole system out of the vehicle.
