Wheel Spacers 30 mm Land Rover Discovery I, Defender, Range Rover Classic 5x165.1 CB 113 (4 pcs)
A set of four 30 mm aluminium spacers for the Land Rover Defender, Discovery I and Range Rover Classic (5x165.1 pattern, 113 mm centre bore, M16x1.5 thread, grade 10.9 studs). Enough for the front and rear axle — each gains 60 mm of track.
Wheel Spacers 30 mm Land Rover Discovery I, Defender, Range Rover Classic 5x165.1 CB 113 (4 pcs)
Widening one axle only rarely ends well — the truck looks lopsided and, with larger tyres, the rubbing simply reappears at the other end. This set settles it in one go: four spacers, both axles, the same track increase front and rear.
Every piece is 30 mm thick, so each wheel moves out 30 mm and axle track grows by 60 mm. The stance widens noticeably and the gap between tyre and control arm or knuckle comes back after a step up in tyre size.
Bolt pattern 5x165.1 | Centre bore 113 mm | Set 4 pcs — both axles |
Key benefits
- A full-vehicle set — an identical 60 mm of extra track front and rear, with no compromise in looks or handling balance.
- An aluminium body instead of steel means less unsprung mass at the same thickness.
- Grade 10.9 studs, matching the strength class of a conventional wheel mounting.
- The 113 mm centring ring seats the rim squarely on the hub.
- M16x1.5 thread, as used on older Land Rovers with the 5x165.1 pattern.
What is in the box
- 4 bolt-on 30 mm spacers with their own studs — a complete set for the front and rear axle.

Reach for this set when your Defender, Discovery I or Range Rover Classic is moving to bigger wheels and you want one consistent stance across the whole vehicle. It also works when you fit rims with a different offset and need to move them away from the suspension to recover full steering lock.
Fitting notes
These are bolt-on spacers: each one mounts to the hub with the factory hardware and the wheel goes onto its M16x1.5 studs. Before ordering, check that your rims work with the 113 mm centring ring and that the wider track still sits within the arch line allowed by your registration documents. Our off-road workshop carries out this kind of fitting and measurement in house.
Why it is worth it
- One order instead of two — both axles done to the same spec straight away.
- Hard, checkable numbers: 5x165.1, CB 113, M16x1.5, grade 10.9 studs.
- Aluminium keeps the added unsprung weight down where it matters most.
If bigger wheels are the plan for your old Land Rover, this set covers the track question completely.
