A pair of 7'' 60 W LED headlights whose lit ring plays two roles: daytime running light and turn signal. The front of the car gets a clean, consistent look without extra bolt-on indicators. The fitment list covers the Wrangler, Gladiator, Defender, G-Class, Patrol Y60, Samurai, Jimny and 70-series Land Cruiser. The lamps are not road-homologated.

7'' 60W LED Headlights with DRL Ring and Turn-Signal Function – Set of 2

The hard part of lighting up the front of a classic off-roader is rarely the light itself – it is the number of separate parts you end up fitting: the lamp, a daytime running light, an indicator. This 7'' headlight version cuts that down: the ring around the lamp works as a DRL and takes over the turn-signal function when you indicate.

That is one step beyond a plain DRL ring, and it is exactly what separates this model from the cheaper unit in the same family.

DRL + turn signal

Key benefits

  • A DRL ring that also indicates – one component instead of two, less wiring and fewer holes in bodywork.
  • The standard 7'' diameter suits a very wide group of vehicles, from the Wrangler TJ to the 70-series Land Cruiser.
  • The price covers a pair, so both lamps come from the same batch and look identical when lit.

Technical data

  • Type: front LED headlights
  • Diameter: 7''
  • Power: 60 W
  • Ring: DRL with turn-signal function
  • Contents: 2 lamps (price per pair)
  • Road homologation: none
  • Application per the distributor's table: Jeep Wrangler TJ 1997-2006, JK 2007-2017, JL from 2018 and JL 4xe from 2021, Jeep Gladiator JT from 2020, Land Rover Defender I 1983-2018, Mercedes G-Class W460/461/462 1979-1990, Nissan Patrol Y60 1987-1996, Suzuki Samurai and Jimny II from 2018, Toyota Land Cruiser KZJ/LJ 70, LC 73 and LC 78

Who it is for: builders who want a modern front end without a complicated harness – the ring covers both the daytime light and the indicator. It works equally well on a Wrangler, a Defender or a 70-series Land Cruiser, as long as the vehicle uses round 7'' housings.

Fitting / notes

The supplier states there is no road homologation, which matters if the car is driven on public roads. If your vehicle has factory 9'' housings (Wrangler JL and JL 4xe), fitting 7'' lamps also requires reducing adapters.

Why it is worth it

  • The dual-function ring simplifies the front-end build.
  • A very broad fitment list among vehicles with 7'' housings.
  • Two lamps in one price.

If a clean front without bolt-on indicators is the goal, compare this version with the cheaper DRL-only model before you decide.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does this model differ from the cheaper 7'' 60W headlights?

The ring. Here the DRL ring also works as a turn signal; on the cheaper model it is a daytime running light only.

Does the price cover a pair?

Yes, the product card states the price covers 2 lamps.

Are the lamps road-homologated?

No. The supplier states explicitly that they carry no road homologation.

Will they fit a Wrangler JL?

The JL uses factory 9'' housings, so fitting 7'' lamps also calls for reducing adapters. The distributor's fitment table lists the JL from 2018 and the JL 4xe from 2021.
