Set of 4 HD Front Leaf Spring U-Bolts Raptor 4x4 Suzuki Samurai
A set of four heavy-duty Raptor 4x4 front leaf spring U-bolts for the Suzuki Samurai. Four pieces cover both sides of the front axle, so a spring change or lift installation has everything it needs. The manufacturer lists Samurai, SJ and Santana fitment.
Set of 4 HD Front Leaf Spring U-Bolts Raptor 4x4 Suzuki Samurai
U-bolts are the part nobody thinks about until the spring starts shifting on its pad. And when you replace a leaf pack or fit a lift, the old ones are scrap anyway: the threads are usually seized, and a U-bolt that has been stretched once never returns to its original shape.
This is a set of four heavy-duty Raptor 4x4 U-bolts for the front axle. Four pieces cover both sides of the car, so nothing is missing when the springs go in.

Key benefits
- Heavy-duty construction: the U-bolt keeps the spring clamped to the axle even under higher loads and after a lift.
- A complete front axle set in one line item: four pieces, two per side.
- New U-bolts mean clean threads and a straightforward installation, instead of fighting seized nuts at the next service.
- The manufacturer lists compatibility with Suzuki Samurai, SJ and Santana, all versions.
What is in the box

Who it is for. Anyone replacing front leaf springs, fitting a lift or rebuilding a Samurai suspension. It is also the obvious purchase if the U-bolt threads were already in poor shape at the last service.
Fitting notes
Tighten U-bolts evenly and in a cross pattern once the spring is seated on its centre pin: uneven clamping can shift the axle. Re-check the torque after the first few hundred kilometres, because the leaf pack settles. Our off-road workshop assembles Samurai suspensions routinely if you would rather leave it to someone with the experience.
Why buy it
- Not the place to economise during a spring change: these are what hold the axle to the vehicle.
- A full axle set, with no need to buy odd pieces.
- Heavy-duty parts instead of used, stretched U-bolts.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many pieces are in the set?
Four, which is a complete front axle set: two per side.
Is this the part that clamps the spring?
Yes. A U-bolt is the U-shaped clamp that holds the leaf pack against the axle.
Will it fit the rear axle?
No. This is the front version. The rear axle has its own set (RAP-06842).
When should U-bolts be replaced?
At every spring change, when fitting a lift, and whenever the threads are damaged or the bolt has already been stretched once.
Do they only fit the Samurai?
The manufacturer lists Suzuki Samurai, SJ and Santana fitment, all versions.
