The Prado 90 leaves its rocker panels completely exposed, sitting low and made of thin steel. One rock on a side slope or one stump climbing out of a rut, and you are booking bodywork. A rock slider takes that hit instead and feeds it into the part of the truck that can actually handle it — the chassis.
