Control Arms
Rear Upper Adjustable HD Control Arms Toyota Land Cruiser KZJ 90 (pair)
Pair of reinforced, adjustable rear upper control arms for the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado KZJ 90, with high quality red polyurethane bushings and a yellow zinc finish. Adjustment lets you set rear axle angle after lifting the suspension. 4 kg, supplied as a pair.
Rear Upper Adjustable HD Control Arms – Toyota Land Cruiser Prado KZJ 90, Raptor 4x4 (pair)
The upper arms in a Prado rear suspension set pinion angle — which means they indirectly decide how the driveshaft works and whether the back end starts vibrating after a lift. Adjustable arms let you dial that angle in instead of living with whatever the lift produced.
A pair of reinforced, adjustable upper arms with high quality red polyurethane bushings, finished in yellow zinc plating.
ADJUSTMENT Yes, arm length | BUSHINGS Polyurethane, red | FINISH Yellow zinc plating |
Key benefits
- Length adjustment — lets you correct rear axle pinion angle after lifting rather than accepting whatever it ended up at.
- High quality polyurethane bushings — stiffer and longer lasting than rubber, holding axle position better under load.
- Reinforced construction — classed by the manufacturer as reinforced against the standard arms.
- Yellow zinc plating — electroplated protection on a part that lives in mud and road salt.
- Sold as a pair — both sides of the axle in one purchase.
What is included
A pair of upper arms (left and right) with polyurethane bushings.
Technical data
- Type: rear upper control arms, adjustable
- Bushings: red polyurethane, high quality specification
- Finish: yellow zinc plating
- Supplied: as a pair
- Weight: 4 kg
- Application: Toyota Land Cruiser Prado KZJ 90
- Manufacturer: Raptor 4x4 (Saglietti S.r.l.), part number 16132
Who it is for. Lifted Prado 90s that need rear axle angle set properly, and loaded expedition trucks where soft rubber bushings deflect too much and axle position wanders.
Fitting notes
Upper arms are replaced in pairs. Set them alongside the lower trailing arms RAP-16131 — only upper and lower together give full control of rear axle position and angle. Once set, have the rear geometry checked and watch driveshaft behaviour under load.
Why choose it
- Control over axle angle instead of a compromise forced by the lift.
- Polyurethane instead of rubber, so less deflection under load.
- Reinforced construction with an electroplated finish, supplied as a complete pair.
Sorting the rear of a lifted Prado? Ask about the upper and lower arms together — it is far easier to set it right in one go.
