A pair of Raptor 4x4 front springs that lift your Jeep Renegade by 40 mm. Medium load rating and increased wire diameter give you real reserve for a bumper, winch or luggage instead of ride height alone. Fits Renegade from 2014, finished in black paint.

Raptor 4x4 Front Lift Springs +40 mm — Jeep Renegade

A stock Renegade runs out of suspension quickly. Add a bumper, a roof rack and a load of gear, and the nose sits low, the arches close down and every deeper rut ends with a thud. This front spring set deals with both issues at once.

Raptor 4x4 raises the front by 40 mm and, at the same time, uses a thicker wire so the spring copes with the extra mass rather than merely holding the body higher. You feel it on the road as much as on gravel.

Application
Jeep Renegade from 2014
Lift
+40 mm (approx. 1.5")
Rate
medium load, increased wire diameter

Key benefits

  • 40 mm more front clearance — room for a taller tyre and less chance of catching the bumper on a ledge.
  • Medium-load rate — the spring is calculated for extra weight, so the lift does not disappear once a heavier bumper or a winch goes on.
  • Increased wire diameter — the maker designed in reserve for additional load at both ends of the car.
  • Better comfort on and off road — Raptor 4x4 attributes this to the spring rate itself, not to the added ride height.
  • Black paint finish — visually consistent with the rest of the underbody and less prone to obvious scuffing than bare steel.

What is in the box

Who it is for. Renegade owners who take the car off the tarmac — forest tracks, lake approaches, trips with a trailer or a loaded roof. It also works as the first step of an expedition build, before larger tyres and heavier accessories arrive.

Fitting notes

This is a front-axle spring swap, so you need spring compressors and a workshop lift. Ride height changes always call for a wheel alignment afterwards. If you are building the full lift, Raptor 4x4 offers matching RAP-261514 shock absorbers for the same height, and the four-spring set is sold as RAP-261412.

Why it is worth it

  • A stated +40 mm lift from the manufacturer, not a vague "slight raise".
  • A rate chosen for load, which matters once you start adding hardware.
  • Part of a system: it matches Raptor 4x4 rear springs and shocks for the same lift.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many springs are in the set?

This is a front-axle set, so two springs. To raise the whole car you also need the rear set RAP-26142, or the four-spring kit RAP-261412.

How much lift do they give?

The manufacturer states +4 cm, roughly 1.5 inches over the factory ride height.

Do they fit every Renegade version?

Raptor 4x4 states the springs suit all Jeep Renegade versions built from 2014 onwards.

Are springs alone enough for the lift?

The springs themselves raise the body. If you want the suspension to use its full travel, Raptor 4x4 offers the matching RAP-261514 shock set, 2 cm longer than the factory units.
