A big SUV a long way from tarmac needs a plan B — preferably one built into the truck. This mounting plate hides a winch behind the factory bumper of the 2007-2014 Sequoia, so the family car keeps its civilised looks while carrying its own way out of trouble.

The plate is made from structural steel plate in 6 mm and 8 mm thicknesses, shot-blasted and finished with a two-layer textured powder coat. It bolts to the factory bolts and holes in the vehicle chassis — no drilling, no welding. A cut-out under the winch drum makes it easier to clear dirt off the rope, and a full set of mounting hardware is included.
