An expedition Sprinter with a manual gearbox deserves a winch you cannot see. This mounting plate hides it completely behind the factory bumper without blocking the radiator air intake. It bolts to the chassis rails and is built as a single welded assembly with no bolted-together parts — which is what makes it both stiff and light.

The material is 6 mm structural steel, shot-blasted and powder coated in a two-layer textured finish. Fitting requires eight holes drilled from below in the ends of the chassis rails. A cut-out under the winch drum makes it easier to clear dirt off the rope.
