A front-wheel-drive Transit can hang itself up on a churned-up building site or an icy ramp faster than the driver can swear. This mounting plate lets you fit a winch pulling up to 12,500 lbs — and without throwing away the original bumper reinforcement, because the factory beam stays where it is.

The plate bolts into the factory points under the bumper beam and, additionally, under the original engine mounting bolts — which is how the whole assembly stays so light. Fitting requires no drilling and no welding. It is built from 6 and 8 mm structural steel sheet, shot-blasted and finished with a two-layer textured powder coat.
