Winch Mounting Plate, automatic with ACC — VW Crafter 2021+
Winch mounting plate that takes a winch of up to 12,500 lbs entirely behind the factory bumper of the VW Crafter from 2021 with an automatic gearbox and ACC radar. 6 mm structural steel, bolted on with the factory bolts and threads — no drilling or welding.
A bogged-down Crafter with a body conversion on the back is not a problem a second shovel will solve — a winch will. This mounting plate lets you fit a winch of up to 12,500 lbs entirely behind the factory bumper of a Crafter with an automatic gearbox, while keeping the adaptive cruise control radar in service.
It bolts to the frame rails and to the front suspension crossmember using the factory bolts and threads — no drilling, no welding. The bumper reinforcement beam stays on the vehicle and only needs trimming from below, to suit the size of the winch used. 6 mm structural steel, shot-blasted and finished with a two-layer textured powder coat; a cut-out under the drum makes it easier to clear dirt off the rope.
