OSRAM TYREinflate 2130 OTI2130 – 12V Tyre Inflator with Auto-Stop
OSRAM TYREinflate 2130 is a 12V digital tyre inflator with Auto-Stop, last-setting memory and an integrated LED work light. Maximum pressure is 6.9 bar, while OSRAM’s specified test inflates a 13” tyre from 0 to 2.41 bar in 2 minutes. It features a 70 cm air hose and three adaptors for bicycles, balls and air mattresses.
OSRAM TYREinflate 2130 – 12V digital tyre inflator with Auto-Stop
The OSRAM TYREinflate 2130 is a portable 12V tyre inflator combining a digital pressure gauge, quick pressure setting, Auto-Stop, last-setting memory and an integrated LED work light. OSRAM recommends the unit for motorcycles, cars and small vans.
Key benefits
- Maximum pressure of 6.9 bar / 100 PSI for a broad range of everyday inflation tasks.
- Auto-Stop automatically ends inflation once the selected pressure setting is reached.
- 180 W on a 12V supply, with a specified current of 15 A and a 15 A internal fuse.
- 78 × 48 mm digital display with PSI, kPa and bar measurement units.
- 70 cm air hose and integrated cable storage help keep the inflator organised in the vehicle.
- Integrated LED work light illuminates the area in front of the inflator in low-light conditions.
How fast does it inflate?
Under OSRAM's specified test conditions, the TYREinflate 2130 inflates a 13” tyre from 0 to 2.41 bar in approximately 2 minutes. This is a defined test result rather than a universal inflation time. Larger-volume tyres or different pressure requirements can take longer.
OSRAM currently lists the airflow figure as pending and does not provide a confirmed l/min specification. For this reason, the TYREinflate 2130 should not be presented as a dedicated high-flow compressor for rapid inflation of large off-road tyres.
Auto-Stop, memory and pressure control
Use the quick-set dial to select the required pressure and Auto-Stop will stop inflation at the selected setting. A memory function recalls the last pressure setting for repeat use, while a dedicated deflate control allows air to be released when required.
The technical data lists pressure accuracy at ±0.1 bar. However, the OSRAM user instruction also states that the inflator gauge should be treated as a guide and recommends verifying tyre pressure with a known accurate gauge.
Recommended applications
- 12V passenger cars,
- motorcycles,
- small vans with a 12V supply,
- bicycles with the supplied adaptor,
- balls and air mattresses with the supplied adaptors.
Power supply and safe operation
The TYREinflate 2130 is a 12V DC device and should not be treated as a direct 24V inflator. Rated power is 180 W, while the user instruction specifies a 15 A current and a 15 A internal fuse.
The power lead should be fully unwound before operation to help prevent overheating. The user instruction indicates a maximum continuous operating period of 15 minutes followed by approximately 15 minutes of cooling.

Frequently asked questions
Can it be connected directly to a 24V system?
No. OSRAM specifies a 12V DC supply.
Will every tyre inflate in two minutes?
No. The two-minute figure applies to OSRAM's test using a 13” tyre inflated from 0 to 2.41 bar.
Is it a dedicated large-tyre 4x4 compressor?
OSRAM recommends the unit for motorcycles, cars and small vans. A confirmed airflow figure and a large off-road tyre inflation test are not published, so it should not be positioned as a specialist high-flow 4x4 compressor.
Should tyre pressure be checked separately?
Yes. The OSRAM instruction recommends checking the pressure with a known accurate gauge.
