The 6" Santoku chef's knife features Granton scallops and provides a versatile option for everyday chopping and slicing. The 6" serrated bread knife is intended for bread and foods with a firmer crust, while the compact 3.5" paring knife is suited to peeling and more precise preparation work.

Materials and care
The knife blades are stainless steel, while GSI Outdoors describes the handles as being made from sustainably sourced wood. The storage case uses rPET material. GSI recommends hand washing with warm, soapy water, drying all components thoroughly and avoiding abrasive cleaners. Wooden components should not be left soaking in water.
