Mishimoto Low-Temp Thermostat – Jeep Wrangler JL 3.6L
Do you tow, off-road, or drive in hot climates? The Mishimoto low-temp thermostat with an aluminum housing opens at 180°F, 15 degrees below the factory 195°F setting, so coolant circulates sooner and the engine runs cooler. It won't trigger a check engine light. Fits Wrangler JL 3.6L Pentastar from 2018 on. Kit includes housing, thermostat, gasket, temperature sensor, and O-ring, with Mishimoto's Lifetime Warranty.
The factory thermostat on the 3.6L Pentastar opens at 195°F — fine for everyday driving, but towing, off-roading, or hot climates can still push the engine to its limit. The Mishimoto thermostat with an aluminum housing and a lower 180°F opening temperature gives it extra margin.
