MetalCloak — rear centre seat support, Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited
Look under the rear bench of a 4-door JK. There is no structure at all under the centre section of the seat — it is simply empty. The bench has three seatbelts and space for three people, but the middle seat just sags.
This support is a laser-cut 1/8in aluminium plate that fills that gap. Fitting takes four zip ties and ten minutes.

Who it is for
Anyone who carries three people in the back — families, crews heading to an event, anybody who has to ride the hump. The manufacturer's reviews are strikingly consistent on this. One reads: “Simple product. Simple install. Simply does exactly what it's supposed to. Kids don't fight about who sits in the middle anymore."
Manufacturer rating: 96% of 100 from 113 reviews — one of the most-reviewed items in the entire MetalCloak catalogue, and the best evidence that the problem is real.

FAQ
Does it fit the 2-door JK?
No. The problem exists only on the 4-door (JK Unlimited) bench.
Any drilling, or does the bench come out?
No. The support attaches underneath with four zip ties.
Does it affect the seatbelts or seat mounts?
No — it supports the cushion itself and does not touch the factory mounts.
Why raw and not painted?
Because it sits under the seat where nobody sees it. Aluminium does not corrode, so no coating is needed.
