MetalCloak — Frame-Built light bar bracket, Jeep Wrangler JK / JL and Gladiator JT

A simple, strong bracket for the forward face of the Frame-Built bumper. It carries multiple mounting holes, so it takes a range of lights — from single work lamps to an LED bar.

Construction

• 3/16in steel, laser cut and CAD formed
• Multiple holes for different light mounting patterns
• Black textured powder coat — the same finish as the bumper
• Mounts on the forward face of the bumper

⚠ This is a modular part of the MetalCloak bumper system — it bolts to the Frame-Built bumper (JK: the MC3160 base or a 1200/1400/1500 series build; also JL and JT). It does not work with the factory bumper.

? Not compatible with the winch guard

The manufacturer states it plainly: “This bracket is not for use if you are running the JK/JL/JT Frame-Built Winch Guard."

In other words: either the light bar (MC3192) or the winch guard (MC3175) — not both. Worth knowing when planning a build.

⚠ Bumpers bought before May 2014

In May 2014 the manufacturer updated the JK Frame-Built system. This part may not fit bumpers bought before then.

No. This is the bracket only.

The multiple holes suit a range of types. If you have a specific model in mind, contact us and we will check the pattern.

I have the winch guard — can I run both?

No. The manufacturer rules out that combination.
