MetalCloak — billet aluminium third brake light pod
Fit a larger spare and the factory third brake light usually ends up hidden behind the tyre — and it is a mandatory lamp that genuinely matters for safety. This pod solves it simply: an LED brake light in a machined aluminium housing, mounted in the centre cap location of the spare wheel.

Why it works better than the factory lamp
- Machined billet aluminium housing, black anodized — instead of a bulky plastic lamp
- Waterproof LED sealed into the housing
- Visible past a big spare — it sits in the middle of the wheel, so nothing blocks it
- Stays connected with the spare removed — the manufacturer makes a point of it
- All electrical connectors and splices included
What it fits
MetalCloak tire carriers — the manufacturer states the housing mounts to the existing hole found on all MetalCloak carriers. In our range: MC3956 (SportGate) and MC3970.
⚠ The manufacturer publishes no European “E" mark for this lamp. In Poland a third brake light is mandatory on vehicles originally fitted with one. If your Jeep is registered, contact us before ordering.
