Rocklander — roof trusses, Jeep Wrangler JK 4-door

The trusses tie the front and rear hoops together and turn two separate arches into a rigid load-bearing frame. They are what carries the cargo weight and what platforms and accessories mount to.

The Rocklander system is built by ARS (Adventure Rack Systems) — MetalCloak's sister brand, dedicated to cargo management for Jeeps. Made in the USA.

Why the bends

The manufacturer uses specifically engineered front tube bends — not for looks, but because a bent layout is stiffer than a straight beam of the same mass. The result is less flex on washboard and in corners.

? The trusses alone are not a rack

The manufacturer states it plainly: the trusses require the Rocklander front hoop and rear hoop. We stock both:

• R55015 — front hoop (2D and 4D)
• R55024 — rear hoop (2D and 4D)

⚠ If you are building from scratch, the complete kit is cheaper: R55000 (4-door) or R55010 (2-door).
