MetalCloak is an American manufacturer based in California that has been designing and building off-road components exclusively for Jeeps for over two decades. Every part is CAD-engineered, laser cut, welded and finished in-house, and the company backs its structure and coating with a lifetime warranty.

Overland Tube Fenders, Front, Pair - Jeep JL Wrangler and JT Gladiator

Steel Overland fenders replace the factory plastic units and open up enough tire clearance to run larger tires without cutting the body. The manufacturer states they clear more than the factory uncut Rubicon fender.

Construction

• 1/8" (3.2 mm) cold rolled steel plate

Integrated LED lighting

The front fenders carry an integrated LED running light strip and a 3/4" amber LED turn signal. A smart control board detects whether the vehicle has factory halogen or LED lighting and plugs into the stock harness without triggering dashboard warnings. Harness, lights and control board are IP67 rated - dust tight and submersible to 1 m for 30 minutes.

Black Textured Powder Coat

The powder coated version carries MetalCloak's signature micro-textured semi-gloss finish. It resists stone chipping and local trail damage can be touched up without refinishing the whole part.

We quote these deliberately: the structure is strong, but installation can be demanding and a few owners have reported coating issues. Worth considering if you need a show-quality finish.

Before painting: the manufacturer requires a test fit on the vehicle before any custom paint or powder coating. Painted parts cannot be returned.

Lighting: the lamps meet SAE/DOT (US market) standards and do not carry the E-mark required in the European Union. Keeping the original lighting may be necessary for road use in Poland.

Homologation: this product carries no European type approval. Road legality after installation is decided by the vehicle inspection station; check before buying if in doubt.
