Aluminum Overland Tube Fenders, Front, Pair - Jeep JL Wrangler and JT Gladiator

The aluminum version of the Overland fenders shares the geometry of the steel variant at roughly half the weight. Less mass on the front axle means less load on the suspension and an easier one-person install.

Construction

• 1/8" (3.2 mm) aluminum plate
• 1 1/2" aluminum tubing
• TIG welded, CAD engineered
• About half the weight of the steel version

Integrated LED lighting

The front fenders carry an integrated LED running light strip and a 3/4" amber LED turn signal. A smart control board detects whether the vehicle has factory halogen or LED lighting and plugs into the stock harness without triggering dashboard warnings. Harness, lights and control board are IP67 rated - dust tight and submersible to 1 m for 30 minutes.

Black Textured Powder Coat

The powder coated version carries MetalCloak's signature micro-textured semi-gloss finish. It resists stone chipping and local trail damage can be touched up without refinishing the whole part.

TIG-welded aluminum distorts more than steel and forming marks are more visible on this version. This is a part bought for weight and strength, not for show finish.

Before painting: the manufacturer requires a test fit on the vehicle before any custom paint or powder coating. Painted parts cannot be returned.

Lighting: the lamps meet SAE/DOT (US market) standards and do not carry the E-mark required in the European Union. Keeping the original lighting may be necessary for road use in Poland.

Homologation: this product carries no European type approval. Road legality after installation is decided by the vehicle inspection station; check before buying if in doubt.
