MetalCloak is an American manufacturer based in California that has been designing and building off-road components exclusively for Jeeps for over two decades. Every part is CAD-engineered, laser cut, welded and finished in-house, and the company backs its structure and coating with a lifetime warranty.

Overline Rocker Rail, Pair - Jeep JL Wrangler 2-Door

Overline is MetalCloak's only truly integrated rocker: body rocker protection, a step, a deflector plate and Hi-Lift points in one part. It also has the best object deflection angle in the range - it pushes the rock away instead of catching on it.

Construction

• 3/16" (4.8 mm) hot rolled steel plate
• 1 1/2" steel tubing, .120" (3.05 mm) wall
• Solid steel ball ends

Hi-Lift jacking points

Built-in points let you lift the Jeep with a farm jack on the trail. Always use extreme caution and secure the vehicle when jacking.

Black Textured Powder Coat

The powder coated version carries MetalCloak's signature micro-textured semi-gloss finish. It resists stone chipping and local trail damage can be touched up without refinishing the whole part.

Installation

No cutting or welding - only a few holes need to be drilled in the body rocker. The manufacturer quotes 2-3 hours and rates the difficulty as easy.

Add-ons

The Overline rails work with the aluminum Rocker ExoSkins (6320 / 6321 / 6324), which bond or bolt to the body rocker for full coverage of the thin sheet metal.

Fitment: Jeep JL Wrangler 2018 and up, 2-Door.

Before painting: the manufacturer requires a test fit on the vehicle before any custom paint or powder coating. Painted parts cannot be returned.

Homologation: this product carries no European type approval. Road legality after installation is decided by the vehicle inspection station; check before buying if in doubt.

Warranty and service

MetalCloak backs its products with a lifetime warranty on structure and coating for the original owner. The warranty does not cover accident damage, incorrect installation or owner-performed modifications. As an authorised dealer we handle the whole claim process for you.
