MetalCloak is an American manufacturer based in California that has been designing and building off-road components exclusively for Jeeps for over two decades. Every part is CAD-engineered, laser cut, welded and finished in-house, and the company backs its structure and coating with a lifetime warranty.

Aluminum Rocker ExoSkin, Pair - Jeep JL Wrangler 4-Door

The ExoSkin is that extra layer of protection: a 1/8" aluminum skin that covers and reinforces the otherwise thin sheet metal of the JL rocker. Designed to integrate with MetalCloak rocker rails, but it can also be fitted on its own. Lines up neatly with the Overland fenders.

Construction

• 1/8" (3.2 mm) aluminum plate
• Bolt-on mounting (the no-drill adhesive version is 6324)

Black Textured Powder Coat

The powder coated version carries MetalCloak's signature micro-textured semi-gloss finish. It resists stone chipping and local trail damage can be touched up without refinishing the whole part.

Fitment: Jeep JL Wrangler 4-Door 2018 and up; JT Gladiator 2019 and up - partial fitment per the manufacturer.

Before painting: the manufacturer requires a test fit on the vehicle before any custom paint or powder coating. Painted parts cannot be returned.

Homologation: this product carries no European type approval. Road legality after installation is decided by the vehicle inspection station; check before buying if in doubt.

Warranty and service

MetalCloak backs its products with a lifetime warranty on structure and coating for the original owner. The warranty does not cover accident damage, incorrect installation or owner-performed modifications. As an authorised dealer we handle the whole claim process for you.
