Bumper Base Skid Plate - Jeep JL Wrangler and JT Gladiator
The plate that closes off the underside of the Frame-Built front bumper base. It protects the factory frame cross bar and creates a smooth glide surface between the bumper and the engine skid - without it the cross bar edge can catch on a rock ledge.

Black Textured Powder Coat
The powder coated version carries MetalCloak's signature micro-textured semi-gloss finish. It resists stone chipping and local trail damage can be touched up without refinishing the whole part.
Installation
Easy. The manufacturer quotes 10 minutes. No body modification.
Note: designed for the MetalCloak Frame-Built bumper base (6160) and bumpers built on it.
Before painting: the manufacturer requires a test fit on the vehicle before any custom paint or powder coating. Painted parts cannot be returned.
We import this product directly from the MetalCloak factory in the USA. Please contact us for the current lead time before placing an order.
Warranty and service
MetalCloak backs its products with a lifetime warranty on structure and coating for the original owner. The warranty does not cover accident damage, incorrect installation or owner-performed modifications. As an authorised dealer we handle the whole claim process for you.
