Aluminum Open Frame Tube Doors, Front, Pair - Jeep JL Wrangler and JT Gladiator

Lightweight aluminum front tube doors. Removable doors are one of the great things about a Wrangler, but driving with none at all is uncomfortable and in many countries simply not legal. Open Frame doors are the middle ground: they keep the cabin open while giving you an elbow rest, a mirror mount and a physical barrier.

The front version has an integrated actuator handle, so the doors open and close like the factory ones. An optional mirror kit (7.0" x 12.0" x 17.0") is available - our price is for the version without mirrors; we can add them on request.

Black Textured Powder Coat

The powder coated version carries MetalCloak's signature micro-textured semi-gloss finish. It resists stone chipping and local trail damage can be touched up without refinishing the whole part.

Installation

Easy. About 1 hour. No body modification.

Legal note for Europe: driving without full doors or with tube doors is not clearly regulated in Poland and in practice depends on the officer's judgement and on whether the vehicle has working mirrors and belts. This product has no European type approval. We suggest treating it as off-road and event equipment.

Homologation: this product carries no European type approval. Road legality after installation is decided by the vehicle inspection station; check before buying if in doubt.

Before painting: the manufacturer requires a test fit on the vehicle before any custom paint or powder coating. Painted parts cannot be returned.

Warranty and service

MetalCloak backs its products with a lifetime warranty on structure and coating for the original owner. The warranty does not cover accident damage, incorrect installation or owner-performed modifications. As an authorised dealer we handle the whole claim process for you.
