MetalCloak is an American manufacturer based in California that has been designing and building off-road components exclusively for Jeeps for over two decades. Every part is CAD-engineered, laser cut, welded and finished in-house, and the company backs its structure and coating with a lifetime warranty.

Front 6Pak BLACK Shocks, Pair - Jeep JL Wrangler / JT Gladiator

6Pak is the top of the MetalCloak shock range. Each unit is hand built and dyno tested at the manufacturer's facility in Sacramento. The design goal was that the shock should stop being the limiting factor in the build.

Manufacturer's warning about shipping outside North America

This is the most important information on this page. The manufacturer states: "6Pak Shocks are not shipped outside of North America. If you are outside of the USA or Canada and order 6Pak shocks or any kit with 6Pak shocks, you are waiving the rights to the lifetime customer service and manufacturers warranty."

In practice, ordering to Poland means you will not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We are not hiding that - we can source the kit, but we want the decision to be an informed one.

Our recommendation: if you want long-travel shocks for the JL, consider RockSport RED (very well reviewed - 16 reviews averaging 100%) or Fox - both under normal warranty and normally shipped to Europe.

After installation: the manufacturer recommends a suspension specialist aligns the vehicle after any work on the suspension or steering.

Fitment

Jeep JL Wrangler and JT Gladiator - please confirm the variant before ordering; the manufacturer spec table lists the JT Gladiator 2019 and up.

Warranty and service

MetalCloak backs its products with a lifetime warranty on structure and coating for the original owner. The warranty does not cover accident damage, incorrect installation or owner-performed modifications. As an authorised dealer we handle the whole claim process for you.
