Weld-On Track Bar and Stabilizer Relocation Bracket - JL Wrangler and JT Gladiator
A 1/4" steel bracket welded to the axle that relocates the track bar and steering stabilizer mounts. Unlike a bolted version, a welded joint does not need periodic retorquing - which, judging by owner reports on bolted brackets, can be a nuisance.
Specification
- Bracket: 1/4" (6.4 mm) hot rolled steel
- Total weight: 5 lbs (about 2.3 kg)
- Finish: raw steel
- Fitment: JL Wrangler 2018 and up, JT Gladiator 2019 and up
Note - this is a weld-on part
The manufacturer puts it plainly: this is a weld-on product. Do not buy it unless you are prepared to weld it on. Difficulty is rated as difficult, about 3 hours, and no written instructions are supplied. We can do this in our workshop - get in touch.
The finish is raw, so protect it against corrosion after welding.
After installation: the manufacturer recommends a suspension specialist aligns the vehicle after any work on the suspension or steering.
We import this product directly from the MetalCloak factory in the USA. Please contact us for the current lead time before placing an order.
Warranty and service
MetalCloak backs its products with a lifetime warranty on structure and coating for the original owner. The warranty does not cover accident damage, incorrect installation or owner-performed modifications. As an authorised dealer we handle the whole claim process for you.
