Rear Control Arm Duroflex Bushing Kit, Ford Bronco 6G

The Duroflex joint

A patented joint in vulcanised elastomer reinforced with DuPont Kevlar fibre. It allows more misalignment than factory rubber, self-centres, damps vibration - without the noise of spherical joints - is maintenance free, and is rebuildable.

Fitment: Ford Bronco sixth generation (6G), model year 2021 and newer.

Warranty condition: the manufacturer states plainly that the warranty is valid only if Duroflex joints are fitted at both ends of the arm. Replacing one end is not covered.

Replacing the rear control arms means dropping the fuel tank

The manufacturer states this plainly: to replace the rear control arms on a Bronco the fuel tank has to come out. That is the vehicle's design rather than a fault of the part - but it does lengthen the job and add to its cost. Worth planning all the rear suspension work in one go.

After installation: the manufacturer recommends a suspension specialist aligns the vehicle after any work on the suspension or steering.

The Bronco 6G in Poland

The sixth-generation Ford Bronco was never officially sold in Poland - the cars here are imports, usually from the USA. That has two practical consequences. First, confirm the exact version (2- or 4-door, Sasquatch, Raptor, Heritage, Everglades) by VIN, because parts availability differs between them. Second, modifications that change the vehicle's height or outline may require an inspection and an entry in the registration document.

Homologation: this product carries no European type approval. Road legality after installation is decided by the vehicle inspection station; check before buying if in doubt.
