UnderCloak Integrated Armor System, Ford Bronco 6G, 4-Door
Complete underbody armor for the 4-door Bronco: axle, differential, transmission, transfer case and fuel tank under one continuous 3/16" steel surface. Gold zinc finish.
MetalCloak is an American manufacturer based in California that has been designing and building off-road components exclusively for Jeeps for over two decades. Every part is CAD-engineered, laser cut, welded and finished in-house, and the company backs its structure and coating with a lifetime warranty.
How the UnderCloak differs from individual skids
The factory Bronco skids protect selected points, but gaps remain between them - and it is exactly at a skid's edge that a vehicle catches a rock. The UnderCloak is a system of overlapping 3/16" (4.8 mm) plates that together form one continuous sliding surface from the front axle back to the fuel tank. The edges are shaped to the approach and departure angles so the vehicle glides over an obstacle instead of sitting down on it.
Why the bolt heads are not recessed
The manufacturer explains it plainly: recessed holes line up perfectly while the skid is new. After a few impacts on rock they stop lining up and reassembly becomes a fight. MetalCloak instead encapsulates the bolt heads with skid guard washers and uses slotted holes - after servicing, the skid goes back on without a struggle.
Gold Zinc finish
Steel parts are gold zinc plated. Zinc protects the steel electrochemically even where it is scratched, and the surface stays paintable. On a twenty-year-old Jeep that matters more than on a new one.

Fitment: Ford Bronco sixth generation (6G), model year 2021 and newer.
Weight: the manufacturer states 226 lbs (about 102 kg) for the complete system. That is a meaningful addition to kerb weight - worth accounting for when choosing springs and shocks, and when calculating payload.
Sasquatch and non-Sasquatch: the manufacturer states the product fits both configurations. The Sasquatch package changes wheels, tires and flares, but not the mounting points this part uses.
The Bronco 6G in Poland
The sixth-generation Ford Bronco was never officially sold in Poland - the cars here are imports, usually from the USA. That has two practical consequences. First, confirm the exact version (2- or 4-door, Sasquatch, Raptor, Heritage, Everglades) by VIN, because parts availability differs between them. Second, modifications that change the vehicle's height or outline may require an inspection and an entry in the registration document.
Homologation: this product carries no European type approval. Road legality after installation is decided by the vehicle inspection station; check before buying if in doubt.
We import this product directly from the MetalCloak factory in the USA. Please contact us for the current lead time before placing an order.
Warranty and service
MetalCloak backs its products with a lifetime warranty on structure and coating for the original owner. The warranty does not cover accident damage, incorrect installation or owner-performed modifications. As an authorised dealer we handle the whole claim process for you.
