Rival 6.0 mm aluminium engine skid plate for the Dacia Duster 2023- (1.2 mild hybrid, manual gearbox, 4WD). Bolts to factory mounting points, fitting kit included.
The Duster goes places where most crossovers turn back — which is exactly why its thin factory undertray runs out of talent quickly. This Rival plate replaces it with six millimetres of aluminium.
The plate covers the engine area: the oil pan and the components hanging lowest at the front of the car — the first things to take a hit on a rutted or stony access track.
- Material: 6.0 mm aluminium — stiff enough to carry an impact through the plate and its mounts instead of into the oil pan. Aluminium does not corrode, so the plate will not turn into a salt trap after a few winters.
- Finish: silver.
- Hardware: fitting kit included.
It bolts to the factory mounting points with no drilling, and comes off again for servicing and oil changes.
