Rival 4.0 mm aluminium transfer case plate for the Toyota Hilux Vigo 2005-2015. Shields the cast housing, fitting kit included.
The transfer case is the lowest point in the middle of a Hilux and the first thing to ground out on a rock ledge. Its housing is cast — once it cracks there is nothing to repair, only a unit to replace.
4.0 mm aluminium. Rival specifies 4.0 mm aluminium in silver. The plate covers the underside of the transfer case and gives it a smooth sliding surface instead of exposed casting ribs.
Installation. Rival supplies a fitting kit with the plate.
Fitment. Toyota Hilux 2005-2011 and 2011-2015. The catalogue name lists 2.5 l and 3.0 l diesels; the technical description refers to the 2.5 Hilux Vigo 4WD.
