Rival Muffler Skid Plate — 6 mm Aluminium — VW Multivan, Caravelle, Transporter T6
Rival 6.0 mm aluminium muffler skid plate for the VW Multivan, Caravelle and Transporter, T6 generation. Bolts to factory points, fitting kit included.
A T6 looks solid until you look underneath it. The exhaust runs just below the floor and is one of those parts you can tear off on a rock you never saw or a frozen rut — and replacing a muffler on a 4Motion van is not a cheap surprise.
6.0 mm aluminium. The plate is pressed from 6.0 mm aluminium sheet in silver. Aluminium shrugs off the salt and moisture that live under a van all winter, and at this thickness there is real reserve against a proper impact.
Installation. It uses the factory points under the body, and the manufacturer includes a complete fitting kit.
Fitment. Per the manufacturer's description: Volkswagen Multivan, Caravelle and Transporter, T6 generation.
- Muffler skid plate in 6.0 mm aluminium, silver finish

- VW Multivan / Caravelle / Transporter T6
The natural companion to the engine and fuel tank plates — together they close off the T6 underbody along its whole length.
