This kit covers the run of plates from the radiator to the fuel tank, plus the three areas that tend to be next in line once the terrain gets serious: the AdBlue tank, the lower control arms and the differential.

Rival's own data is inconsistent here: the set is described as nine pieces, while the listed contents name eight plates. We state that openly rather than quietly picking one version.
6.0 mm aluminium. Rival specifies 6.0 mm aluminium in silver across the whole kit. On a set this size the choice of aluminium over steel stops being academic — with this many plates the weight difference eats directly into what the truck can still carry.
Installation. A complete fitting kit is supplied. Our workshop builds these kits if you would rather collect a finished vehicle.
Fitment. Ford Ranger with 2.2 and 3.2 engines, EURO6 included. Rival's technical description names 2012-2015 and 2016-2018, while the catalogue name gives 2011-2015 and 2015-2022.
