The factory underbody cover on a Ranger stops being useful roughly where real off-road begins. One rock on a forest track, one frozen rut, and the oil pan, transfer case housing or fuel tank takes the hit. This Rival set closes the whole floor of the truck, from the radiator all the way back to the rear axle area.

The kit covers the radiator, engine, gearbox, transfer case, fuel tank, AdBlue tank, lower control arms and differential — the parts that sit lowest on a pickup and get hit first on rocks, ruts and river crossings.

• Material: Aluminium plate, 4.0 mm thick — rigid, yet clearly lighter than a steel equivalent, so you are not adding dozens of kilos over the front axle.
• Colour: silver, bare aluminium.
• Mounting: complete fitting kit included; the plates bolt to the factory mounting points under the vehicle.

Fitment: Ford Ranger 2011-2015 and 2015-2022 with 2.2 l and 3.2 l diesel engines. Rival states the set also covers EURO6 versions, which is why a dedicated AdBlue tank plate is part of the package.
