A pickup's fuel tank hangs low, well behind the front axle, exactly where the truck grounds out on a step. A punctured tank halfway through a route is not just a repair bill — it ends the trip. That is why this kit goes one plate further than the standard three-piece set.

Four pieces: engine, gearbox, transfer case and fuel tank plates. The Raptor's underside is covered from the sump all the way back to the tank, with no exposed sections in between.

6.0 mm aluminium. Rival specifies 6.0 mm aluminium in silver. At that thickness the plate feeds an impact into its mounts and its whole surface rather than folding locally — and alloy does not rust where a steel plate starts blooming after a few salted winters.

Installation. Fitting kit supplied, mounting to the factory points.

Fitment. Ford Ranger Raptor from 2022 with the 2.0 D Bi-Turbo and 3.0 D engines.
