Five-piece Rival 6.0 mm aluminium skid plate set: radiator, engine, gearbox, transfer case and fuel tank. For the Mitsubishi L200 2.5 diesel, fitting kit included.
Five plates that close the whole run from the radiator to the fuel tank. No exposed stretch is left where a rock could find something expensive — and an exposed stretch is exactly what a factory L200 underbody offers.
What is in the set. Radiator, engine, gearbox, transfer case and fuel tank plates — five pieces.
6.0 mm aluminium. Rival specifies 6.0 mm aluminium with a silver finish. With a full set the material choice matters more than usual: aluminium lets you cover the entire underbody without the weight gain a steel set of similar resistance would bring.
Installation. Factory chassis points, fitting kit supplied. No cutting or welding, though five plates are worth budgeting a full day for, or handing to a workshop.
Fitment. Mitsubishi L200 2006-2014 and 2013-2015 and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport 2008-2013 and 2013-2016 with the 2.5 l diesel. Note that Rival's technical description narrows the set to the L200 / Triton 2.5 TD in Double Cab form only, 2007-2015 — with any other cab, confirm fitment first.
