A single plate protects one component. Four plates that overlap turn the whole front underbody into one surface the truck slides across instead of hanging up on — and in the rough that difference is the whole point.

4.0 mm aluminium. The manufacturer specifies 4.0 mm aluminium in silver, which makes sense for gravel and forest-road use, especially on a truck already carrying a winch and a steel bumper up front. If you are planning hard rock work, we will check whether Rival offers a thicker set for this vehicle.

Installation. A fitting kit is supplied. Fitting four plates is worth planning for — Szekla4x4.pl runs its own off-road workshop in Warsaw next to the shop, so you can order the set with installation.

Fitment. Mitsubishi L200 2006-2014 and 2013-2015, plus Mitsubishi Pajero Sport 2008-2013 and 2013-2016, with 3.0 l and 3.2 l petrol and 3.2 l diesel engines. Rival's technical description ties this set to the Pajero Sport / Challenger / Montero Sport 3.0 and 3.2 from 2007-2015 and does not mention the L200 — we will confirm the fit for your vehicle before you order.
