6.0 mm aluminium. Rival specifies 6.0 mm aluminium in silver. Four thick plates add up to a lot of surface area, and aluminium keeps far less of that weight over the front axle than steel would — which matters on a pickup that carries its load at the back.

Fitment. The catalogue name says Renault Alaskan from 2017, while the technical description gives the 2.3 dCi from 2016. That difference is worth confirming before you order — we can check it by VIN.
