Three-piece 4.0 mm aluminium Rival skid plate set for the VW Amarok 2010-2020: radiator with engine, gearbox with transfer case and fuel tank. Fitting kit included.
Buying skid plates one at a time usually leaves one section uncovered, and that is the section that gets hit. This Rival set closes the Amarok's underbody from the radiator back to the fuel tank with three panels.
What the set covers. Rival lists three components:
- radiator and engine plate,
- gearbox and transfer case plate,
- fuel tank plate.
4.0 mm aluminium. All panels in 4.0 mm aluminium, silver finish. On a full underbody package weight starts to matter — aluminium lets you cover the whole floor without loading the front axle the way steel does.
Installation. Fitting kit included. We can also fit the set for you — we run our own off-road workshop.
Fitment. Rival's catalogue name gives the Volkswagen Amarok 2010-2016 and 2016-2020 with the 2.0 l diesel, while the technical description narrows the set to the 2.0 TDI of 2010-2016 — for a facelift truck we will confirm the fit against the VIN.
