Rival 6.0 mm aluminium skid plates for the VW Amarok 2016-2020 3.0 V6. Two plates covering radiator, engine, gearbox and transfer case, bolted to factory mounting points. Fitting kit included.
A V6 Amarok carries plenty of weight over the front axle and sits with an exposed radiator low at the front — a combination that punishes an optimistic line through a rutted track. This Rival kit shields the front underbody with two 6.0 mm aluminium plates.
Covered components: radiator, engine, gearbox and transfer case. A fuel tank plate is not part of this set.
- Material: 6.0 mm aluminium — enough thickness to spread a point impact across the whole plate instead of into the gearbox housing or radiator core.
- Finish: silver.
- Hardware: fitting kit included.
Installation uses the factory mounting points under the vehicle, with no drilling required. Aluminium does not corrode, so the plate will not start working loose at the mounts the way steel can.
Fitment: Volkswagen Amarok 2016-2020 with the 3.0 V6 diesel.
