The most extensive kit Rival builds for the post-2015 Hilux. Beyond the usual coverage — radiator, engine, gearbox, transfer case with AdBlue and sensor, fuel tank — it adds two items you only think about after the first serious hit: the front control arms and the differential.

4.0 mm aluminium. Rival specifies 4.0 mm aluminium in silver throughout. With this many plates aluminium earns its place for a second reason beyond weight: it does not rust in places you cannot realistically inspect once everything is bolted up.

Kit contents:

Installation. Every part uses factory mounting points and the fitting kit is model-specific. This is the largest set in the range, so allow proper time and a lift.

Fitment. Toyota Hilux 4WD with the 2.4 TDI engine, Euro 6 included. The catalogue name lists 2015-2020, 2017-2020 and 2020-2022; the technical description states 2015-2019 and 2020 onwards.

Control arm and differential plates are expedition items: they protect parts whose damage does not stop the truck immediately, but can end the trip fifty kilometres later.
