A Euro 6 Hilux carries more vulnerable hardware under the floor than its predecessor: alongside the transfer case and tank there is now an AdBlue reservoir and a sensor in the exhaust. This Rival kit covers all of it in one go, from radiator to fuel tank.

4.0 mm aluminium. Rival specifies 4.0 mm aluminium in silver for the whole set — the gauge intended for normal off-road use while keeping mass under the chassis reasonable.

Installation. Every plate uses factory mounting points and the fitting kit is matched to this model. The set goes on in one session on a lift, with no drilling or welding.

Fitment. Toyota Hilux 4WD, model years 2015-2020 and 2017-2020, with 2.4 l and 2.8 l diesel engines including Euro 6 versions. Rival's technical description states 2015-2019.
