Fitting two lamps into a Grand Vitara I grille rarely fails because of the lamps. It fails because of what holds them there. Generic angle brackets, cable ties and something-we-will-fabricate end up crooked, work loose after the first pothole, and leave a visible bodge sitting right in front of the bonnet.

This is the missing piece: a set of ORAX Systems brackets shaped to the factory Suzuki Grand Vitara I grille. The lamps sit level and where they belong, with no structure bolted above the bumper.

How they are made

The brackets are 3D printed in a black material resistant to UV and elevated temperature. Both properties earn their place here: the part lives just behind the air intake, in direct sun and in the heat coming off the radiator, so the material was chosen around those two things. The black finish reads as part of the factory grille rather than against it.

Which lamp they suit

The set was designed among others around Kramp LA10811 lamps measuring 204 × 70 × 67 mm. Other LED lamps of similar size and matching mounting spacing can be used as well — but with anything other than the LA10811 you need to compare dimensions and mounting method before buying, because that is what decides the fit.

Fitting — read this before you buy

Installation requires cutting away selected parts of the original radiator grille. That change cannot be undone on the grille, so the position of the brackets and lamps has to be test-fitted properly before any tool touches plastic. The brackets themselves go in with the bolts supplied in the set.
