2x Kramp LA10811 LED Kit with ORAX Systems Brackets — Land Rover Discovery III
A ready-made kit for the Land Rover Discovery III: two Kramp LA10811 lamps rated 120 W and 10,080 lm together, plus ORAX Systems brackets for the original radiator grille. Combo beam, three modes with E-BOOST, aluminium housing and IP68 / IP69K sealing. Seating the lamps requires cutting selected grille sections.
Two 60 W bars tucked into the Discovery III grille change night driving completely, and leave a front end that gives nothing away. In practice the hard part is never the lamps — it is finding mounts that hold them straight and survive a summer sitting in front of a radiator.
This kit closes that in one box: two Kramp LA10811 lamps from the BLACK series, ORAX Systems brackets designed for the original Discovery III grille and a full set of bolts.
How much light you actually get
One lamp is 60 W and 5,040 lm; the pair gives 120 W and 10,080 lm. The Combo beam mixes a wide spread just ahead of the car with a focused throw that reaches further — the first matters on a narrow forest track, the second on an open stretch after dark.
- 12 LEDs per lamp, 5700 K colour temperature
- white and amber light to choose from
- three lighting modes plus E-BOOST with memory of the last mode used
- work light, daytime running light and driving light functions
- 12 V / 24 V nominal, 10–30 V operating range
How the lamp is built
The housing is aluminium, the lens polycarbonate, and sealing is rated IP68 and IP69K — the latter covers high-pressure washing, which matters directly on a car that comes back from the mud and goes straight to a jet wash. A single lamp measures 204 × 70 × 67 mm, with a Deutsch DT4P connector on a 0.9 m four-core lead. Rated life is a minimum of 30,000 hours. The manufacturer declares ECE R10 approval covering electromagnetic compatibility, plus CE, UKCA, RCM and RoHS markings.
The brackets
The ORAX Systems mounts are 3D printed in a black material resistant to UV and elevated temperature. The black finish means that after fitting you see the lamps, not what they hang on.
Fitting — grille cutting required
Seating the Kramp LA10811 lamps requires cutting away selected parts of the original radiator grille. Only then do the lamps sit properly inside the grille. Test-fit the lamps together with the brackets first and mark the sections to be removed — the grille cannot be returned to standard afterwards.
In the box

- dedicated ORAX Systems brackets for the Land Rover Discovery III grille
- complete set of mounting bolts
Who it is for
For a Discovery III that goes further than the woods down the road — expeditions, night stages and tracks where the standard headlights run out too early. If you would rather leave the cutting to someone else, Szekla4x4.pl also runs its own off-road and overlanding workshop.
