Phase 3 is the latest face of the Master III — a different grille, different front-end proportions, different space for anything extra. Anyone who carries a crew to a site or drives field tracks knows the factory lights run out sooner than they would like.

This bracket set seats two LED lamps in the original radiator grille, without raising the vehicle or adding a structure in front of the bumper.

Which lamp it was built for

The brackets were designed around the OSRAM Lightbar FX125-SP GEN 2, measuring 182 × 83 × 54 mm. Other LED lamps of similar size and mounting pattern are allowed by the manufacturer — compare dimensions and mounting method before choosing a different model.

Construction

ORAX Systems 3D prints both the brackets and the trim strips in black material resistant to UV and elevated temperature. For the trim that matters twice over: it is a visible part of the grille face, so it has to hold its colour as long as everything around it.

Fitting — read this before you order

Fitting requires cutting away more of the original grille than the other sets in this range — that is what allows the lamps to seat correctly. The manufacturer accounted for it: trim strips covering the cuts are included, so the grille still looks tidy once the work is done. Test-fit the brackets together with the lamps and mark what has to be removed before cutting.
