An ORAX Systems bracket set for fitting two LED lamps into the original Mercedes-Benz Sprinter W907/W910 grille. It is built around the long OSRAM Lightbar MX250-CB (390 × 86 × 54 mm), and the brackets themselves are 3D printed from black plastic that tolerates sun and radiator heat. A small grille section has to be cut and mounting holes drilled; lamps are not supplied.
The Sprinter W907 has a tall, upright front end and headlights aimed at tarmac. On a forestry access road, an unlit yard, or while reversing a camper between trees at night, that shows immediately: the road ahead is lit, and everything either side of it stays black.
This ORAX Systems bracket set lets you fit two LED lamps directly into the original radiator grille of the Sprinter W907/W910. The lamps stay within the outline of the vehicle — no bar above the cab, no extra bumper structure, no change to overall height.
The brackets were designed for OSRAM Lightbar MX250-CB lamps, 390 × 86 × 54 mm — a long bar, and its geometry shaped the whole solution. Lamps of similar size and mounting method can be used instead, but with a different model the dimensions and mounting points have to be compared first.
ORAX Systems produces the parts by 3D printing in a black material resistant to UV and elevated temperature. The black finish means that once fitted, what you see are the lamps and not what holds them.
Installation requires cutting a small section out of the original grille and drilling mounting holes. That is what lets the brackets sit correctly and the lamps line up neatly with the grille. Test-fit the brackets and lamps first, then mark the points to be drilled and the section to be removed — neither operation can be reversed. A complete set of mounting bolts is included.
LED lamps are not included.
For campers, expedition builds and working vans based on the Sprinter W907/W910, where added lighting should look like part of the vehicle rather than a quick modification. Lamps are sourced separately — and if you would rather have the cutting and drilling done by people who do it every day, Szekla4x4.pl also runs an off-road and overlanding workshop.
